All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) as per your selected plan.
This policy applies to all services and subscription plans offered by XenoDocs.

2. Cancellation Policy

Yearly Membership:

You may cancel your yearly membership at any time before the end of your current billing cycle. To avoid being charged for the next subscription period (auto-renewal), you must cancel your membership before the renewal date.

Effect of Cancellation:

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have full access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period. After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded, and you may lose access to paid features and data.

3. Refund Policy

Individual Plans:

All purchases for Individual Plans (including but not limited to monthly or one-time plans) are final and non-refundable.

Yearly Membership:

Payments for Yearly Memberships are non-refundable. Canceling your yearly membership will stop future auto-renewal charges but will not result in a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current subscription term.

4. Policy Changes

Krish AI Technologies Pvt reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
