XenoDocs is a 100% digital service. We do not ship any physical products, hardware, or software. All services are accessible via a web browser.
Upon successful completion of your payment, your XenoDocs subscription plan will be activated immediately.
You can access the service by logging into your account on the XenoDocs platform using the credentials you created during sign-up.
In most cases, your account and purchased plan features will be available for use immediately after your payment is successfully processed and confirmed.
You will receive a payment confirmation email from our payment processor (Razorpay) and a subscription confirmation email from XenoDocs (support@xenodocs.com) to your registered email address.
